Yeah so it's been a long while since i've posted here!
So currently as of about a week or two i've been back on the wagon
of weight loss and exercise. I've been doing really good but i haven't
weighed myself because i don't want to know. I figure i'll know it's working
whenever my clothes are fitting better. So far they are not BUT I'm stronger!
Yesterday I ran for a strait 12 minutes stoped and then ran for another 5 all together
I moved for a total of 30 minutes. My goal for tomorrow is to run a strait 13 minutes
and if i can go further then that will so rock! For today i'm hurting in places that just aren't
natural LOL but it's good. My eating has been good too I don't have a real plan except to just
not eat junk.
