So today was the start of my program and it consisted of 2 shakes, antioxidants, and an natural accelerator tablet (thank god only one pill). So today i chose to have the chocolate shakes the taste was cool. I don't care what anybody says a diet shake is a diet shake and not a milk shake so i judge taste on the fact that it's a diet shake. I've had tons of different ones so i think I'm a good judge. Anyways this one had a hint of cinnamon in to me and it was waay better than what i had anticipated and I don't mind having them. Now the nutrition inside of them now that's whats impressive 23 grams of proteins and like 25 grams of carbs nice balance. I also liked the fact that it had nice consistency not watered down. It probably would have been waay better blended with the ice but it didn't matter to me either way so i just drank just shook up, it also blended nicely in a shaker none of those chalky surprises. Another plus on the shake is the fact that it was filling......I hate a shake that you drink and your STARVING ready to eat anything that comes in your way as in why they fail!
The antioxidant drink was insanely awesome i swear i felt the energy from that instantly....if nothing else that's a keeper.
I was good on my hydration with drinking a gallon of water i could have done better but hey taking baby steps. I ate dinner with my husband it was a mock fried rice with brown rice, broccoli and ground turkey YUMMY! I could have added some leafy greens but I didn't I'm way tired even as i type this.
I also did the dreaded measurements! Ack! My husband loved doing this as he molested me the whole time! OOOO I love that man!!!! I love that he loves me no matter what, but i didn't feel all that sexy when i was writing those BIG numbers down but it's all good because I'm going to get it off.
